Join the Lenovo International Sales Organization (ISO) working on our Nationals West Channel Sales Team.  We are looking for an ISO Strategic Solutions Channel Account Manager with a strong motivation around growth orientated goals.  The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both the infrastructure and endpoint solutions market, and “what it takes” to drive excitement and interest across all levels of our National Partner Insight.

Lenovo ISO is currently hiring an ISO Strategic Solutions Channel Account Manager, for Insight, with experience owning strategy and execution within the channel.  The successful candidate will work specifically with Insight and collaborate with Lenovo sales teams to integrate and execute programs designed to drive revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction across Lenovo’s commercial IT portfolio into the market in conjunction with Insight.  Lenovo is focused on high-growth and we are looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking leader to make a significant and immediate impact. Looking to hire in Phoenix, AZ or Morrisville, NC.

The ISO Strategic Solutions Channel Account Manager, Insight will be responsible for:

Develop, implementing, and execute the overall Lenovo ISO strategy to drive profitable growth in partnership with Insight.Leading strategic initiatives around our Edge/AI practice and our alliance partnersConduct deep analysis in identifying complex problems; generate and coordinate solutions with other functions or team members to solve complex problemsProvide support and training to other team members and partner team membersCollaborating with a team of Channel Account Managers and Sales Teams to create initiatives to drive Lenovo opportunities.Participating in customer and/or partner activities.  Implementing solution-based sales behavior within assigned accounts and CAMs to go beyond traditional compute by leveraging existing customer databases and developing up/cross-sell strategiesDeveloping and owning sales pipeline and opportunities by solutionConducting regular business reviews and maintain all action items to completion

Position Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:
•         BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
•         7+ Years with Sales including infrastructure or endpoint solutions and channel experience

Preferred Requirements:

Experience selling IT Client Solutions, Datacenter Solutions, Services & Software Drive for business results and proven success in achieving revenue goalProven ability to develop strategies to create programmatic success in the marketTravel to any or all partner sites when necessaryStrong teamwork, communication, and inter-personal skills
