Responsibilities Help to liaise with ISO vendors, handle the quotations, contract process Help to organize the ISO related trainings with external and internal team Help to translate the German to English and Chinese Translate the ISO system related documents into English and Chinese Help to create the ISO main page on SharePoint Help to handle the travel/accommodation fees of ISO consulting and auditor Help to coordinate the ISO preparation, internal audit and external audit Competencies Good skill in written and oral English Mechanical manufacturing, English, German, Administration, law, Quality engineering management related majors preferred Can work at least 4 days per week
