Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the point of contact and operational lead between ISG NA and Software Alliance partners. In this role, you will manage software quote creation, track sales opportunities, and resolve operational issues related to software solutions covered by the ISG NA Alliance team. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Pay Rate: $49.00/hr.Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangements.Contact position.Monday to Friday.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services.

What you'll do as: SG Software Alliance Operations

Serve as the primary point of contact between ISG NA and software partners for quote management.rack, report, and manage quotes throughout the sales lifecycle.Act as an escalation point for sellers, partners, and internal teams, resolving issues related to SKU setup, licensing, and quoting processes.Provide support for opportunity pursuits, working closely with ISG NA Field teams and Business Development Managers.Be a subject matter expert on Software Alliance licensing and products, supporting both internal teams and partners.


Work Experience

The preferred candidate might:

Strong understanding of software licensing, quoting, and operational processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive recommendations for process improvements.Experience working with software partners and managing the sales lifecycle.
