Become a **maker of possible** with us! **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement internal communication strategies. + Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates. + Manage and edit content using Unily Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar Intranet editors. + Produce and share videos using Kaltura or similar video sharing platforms. + Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create cohesive communication materials. + Design graphics and multimedia content to support communication initiatives. + Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and suggest improvements. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Web design, Marketing, or a related field. **Experiences** + Proven experience in creating internal communication content for a corporate audience. + Hands-on experience with Unily CMS or similar Intranet editors. + Familiarity with Kaltura video sharing or similar platforms. + Experience in multimedia creation, including video production and graphic design. **Required functional knowledge and skills** + Excellent English writing skills for creating engaging and clear content. + Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and video sharing platforms. + Strong graphic design skills and experience with multimedia creation tools. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
