Make and take cold calls from a list of prospective clients to answer questions, initiate sales and provide general support Identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline and attend to the need of customers interested in buying the solutionsCapture the “customer lead” and customer information in the CRM tools and update as neededCapture, manage & answer customer request/claim and serve as clients’ designated point of contact for all sales question related to your customers when support is neededAssess the commercial potential for future sales proposal/opportunitiesTriage and resolve incoming customer inquiries to maximize reach of brand /business line and optimize exposure Present the products and services and demonstrate the advantages of the solution to be sold based on the customer needsProvide additional insights gained from calls made to supervisor on a weekly basis.Provide information on the commercial conditions, credit restrictions as well as required actions, as applicable.Finalize the sales proposals (personal, commercial, financial data, etc.) following the company processes, policies & commercial conditionsKEY EXPERIENCE IN:
