Your role and responsibilities

You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Globally.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tActs as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Templafy, providing consultancy on template creation, document automation, and best practices.•\tCoordinates incidents, requests, and changes related to Templafy, managing escalations as needed.•\tWorks closely with the software packaging and distribution team to manage Templafy deployments and updates.•\tReviews service management SLAs related to Templafy and identifies opportunities for improvement.•\tPlans and executes regression testing for new deployments, including quarterly and ad-hoc testing for major updates.•\tSupports and trains Templafy Super Users (Template Designers) on template creation and customization.•\tManages platform administration, including Azure App Register configurations and internal content access controls.•\tOversees Azure DevOps activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.

Qualifications for the role

\tUniversity degree in Information technologies or similar\tAt least 4 years of experience in application management and support.\tExperience with Templafy or other document automation/template management platforms is highly preferred.\tFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)\tExperience with Azure DevOps or other agile project management tools for tracking user stories, bugs, and testing.\tPrevious involvement in user training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.\tIdeally ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or other ITIL training.
