Desktop and application support to the respective sites. Responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Site Manager. Assists the Site Manager as a technical resource in the IS operations of one or multiple sites as assigned. Serves as a technical leader on simple to medium projects as assigned. Assists with mentoring new analysts and technicians. Assists with coordinating staff schedules. Represents the Site Manager or other more senior staff on project teams as assigned. Performs troubleshooting on all Level 2 problem calls received from the Client Support Center at assigned sites. Client focused position to support voice and data system installations upgrades and problem resolutions. Maintains sufficient inventories of computer room supplies and spare hardware for computer operations. Maintains hard drive images for PC equipment assigned to the site. Provides advice and assistance to end users on the effective utlization of desktop applications.
