Your role and responsibilities
Manage Azure DevOps backlog, which involves full task lifecycle, registering tasks, clarifying needs, providing a general overview, planning, implementation and deliveryCreate and execute 1 year ahead roadmap for upcoming software development and maintenance based on input from each project and workstream initiativesLead Task Approval and Prioritization meetings with business representativesMentor and overview Business Analyst team in all topicsManage team capacity according to the roadmap for IS services development, change requests and releasesPlan activities including task estimation and find dependencies between different projects to implement common solutionsReport to IS Service Manager team effort spent on delivering featuresBecome point of contact for the stakeholders in ongoing and planned software delivery mattersWork in a cross discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team’s activities
Qualifications for the roleYou should have 5+ years of experience in Release Manager/Product Owner/Project Manager/Program Manager/Scrum Master role.You must have deep understanding of SDLCYou must have excellent communication skillsYou must have strong project management skillsYou must have proven leadership skills in motivating teamYou should have experience with agile methodologies, backlog management and sprint planningYou should have a good understanding of the technical features of your productsYou should have a problem-solving attitudeYou could have a degree in Computer Science or relevant field
