Your role and responsibilitiesWe’re scaling RUN Services, and we need a highly technical, hands-on Operations Manager to ensure our applications run at peak performance while maintaining operational stability, security, and compliance.We’re looking for deep technical expertise, backed by real-life examples of how you’ve been proactive in troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving IT services. You should have strong infrastructure knowledge, be comfortable diving into complex technical issues, and own the execution of operational processes that drive our high-availability and mission-critical applications.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving tough technical challenges, and want to be part of a team shaping the future of IT operations, we want to hear from you!The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tOwning and managing the operational execution of key applications, ensuring 99.9% uptime and service stability.•\tBeing the go-to technical expert, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure and application issues.•\tOptimizing system performance, proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.•\tEnsuring compliance with ITIL processes, security standards, and corporate policies.•\tCollaborating with vendors to define SLAs, monitor service quality, and manage technical escalations.•\tAutomating and improving operational processes, making RUN Services more efficient and resilient.•\tSupporting application onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions into RUN Services.•\tMonitoring and analyzing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve service quality.This position reports toIS Service Owner – Run Services
Qualifications for the role3 to 5 years of hands-on IT operations experience, managing enterprise applications and infrastructure. Strong technical background in cloud (Azure/AWS), Linux/Windows, networking, and databases. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex IT incidents and performance issues. Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and service operations (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Experience in automation (e.g., scripting, CI/CD, monitoring tools) to streamline operations. Ability to work in high-pressure environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence. Nice to have: ITIL, Azure, or infrastructure-related certifications.
