Job description Mission Description Scale up the B2B order management system by adding wholesalers, restaurants, and onboarding managers for Izakayas. Track the status of the project and the advancement of customers. Manage business operation projects related to marketing or operations, not IT. Align onboarding processes for customers, including technical requirements and rollouts to markets. Conduct business analysis activities such as requirement gathering and definition to ensure the system meets the needs of wholesalers, restaurants, and Izakayas. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the order management system. Work closely with the development team to ensure that the system's functionality aligns with the defined business requirements. Utilize bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and customers. Profile Requirement 5 years of experience in a mid-level project management role. Experience in managing operational projects, particularly in a start-up environment. Strong understanding of B2B order management systems and onboarding processes. Ability to conduct business analysis activities, including requirement gathering and definition. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English for effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and customers. Who are we? During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
