Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new applications development based on cloud native Microsoft technologies such as PowerApps. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will be supporting Business Owners on business requirements and perform business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to support decisions for new or changed IS solution/services. You will cooperate with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of PowerApps Services. You will collect, document and review business requirements from Business owners and showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product. The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area globally. Main stakeholders are ABB internal employees from business and technology area. You will be mainly accountable for:Defining the feasibility of a solution, its implementation, and interaction with Business stakeholders and IT teams.Lead change management board activities and collaborate with business champions and process owners to continuously improve system usability and customer satisfaction.Engage in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and aligned with architecture guidelines. Lead continuous development and innovation of PowerApps solutions to enable increased solution value realization through new technologies e.g AI Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owners and/or Business Process Owners.Stay updated with the latest PowerApps technologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications for the roleTo be successful in this role, you bring at least 5+ years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst. You have a solid IT background or equivalent experience working with Power Apps and other Microsoft Azure technologies. You have a proven track record of efficiently documenting both functional and business requirements, and you are comfortable challenging and simplifying those requirements by offering your own ideas and solutions.You are capable of validating and testing delivered solutions, including running acceptance tests together with stakeholders and vendors. Your knowledge of Business Analysis principles and best practices is strong, and you feel at ease communicating fluently in English.With a collaborative and proactive mindset, you thrive in cross-functional teams, working effectively with colleagues across various departments and geographies. You bring a global perspective and demonstrate inter-cultural sensitivity. Additionally, you have experience and strong skills in working closely with external suppliers and development teams distributed around the world.
