Minimum requirements:
University degree or college diploma in Business, specializing in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or equivalent education and related experience Five years of progressively responsible experience and/or supervisory duties Training and/or on-the-job experience in employee relations, investigations and performance management. Knowledge of common labour law and employment legislation (LRA, BCEA, MEIBC, SEIFSA) Demonstrated experience in employee relations cases and employment law (CCMA, Fair Dismissals, effective Poor Performance Management, Grievances etc).
