Job Description
1. Define raw material inspection strategy in SAP
2. Incoming quality issue handling, tracking, and reporting
3. Incoming inspection process optimization.
4. Raw material quality trouble shooting and analysis with PUQ engineer
5. Set up incoming inspection work instruction per product and customer requirements
6. Systematic quality methods application, such as 8D, incoming process FMEA, quality tools
7. CP preparation & review for critical raw material
8. Spot buy raw parts checking and over shelf life part trial run arrangement &tracking
9. Enhance inspector’s ability and competence with proper training and lesson learn
1. Multinational company working experience
2. 3+ years of IQC quality management experience
3. Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical related major
4. Good skill of problem solving such as 8D, QC 7 tools and related quality tools
5. Be familiar with all raw material measurement and MSA knowledge.
6. Good knowledge on component structure like electronic, mechanical, Packing, PCB etc.
7. Good communication skill in verbal and written English
8. Ability to work independently and under pressure
9.Good communication skill and teamwork with a team
