Capgemini Engineering is searching for an IP Network & Security Engineer (M/F) in Lisbon.

Lead and execute complex, multidisciplinary projects in areas such as WAN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and network security. Design and implement large-scale network projects, including Disaster Recovery solutions, high-throughput firewalls, VPN configurations, and Data Center solutions. Develop and implement High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for network architecture. Perform comprehensive network audits and assessments to ensure network integrity and security. Manage the deployment and configuration of various security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and other security systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network and security components into cohesive solutions. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. CCNP in Routing, Switching, and Security certifications. Proven experience in enterprise network implementation, with demonstrated expertise in HLD/LLD creation and network auditing. Hands-on experience in implementing projects for B2B clients in an integrator environment. Deep knowledge of security components, SD-WAN, SDA, ACI, and DNA Center. Proficiency with CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment) from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Nokia, Draytek, Technicolor, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and F5. Expertise in high-performance network design, including disaster recovery, high-throughput firewalls, VPN configurations, and data center technologies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
