The Team and Job Summary We are seeking an Intern to join our Intellectual Property - Advisory team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Intellectual Property - Advisory team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional . The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of the Intellectual property, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. This section is to include specific detail about the programs/initiatives the selected candidate will be part of. Requirements: + Pursuing undergraduate business degree in finance, accounting or bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or hard or computer science with applicable work experience + Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and/or intellectual property preferred + Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail + Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies + Excellent oral and written communication skills + High degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibility + Selfstarter with strong sense of ownership and urgency + Great attitude and client presence + Ability to go to the office 2-3 a week + Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
