Your day to day:

Manage IoT and International Services changes that are raised by VNO Change Management customers

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Receiving change requests, performing quality Chairing CAB meetings to discuss change requests and obtain approvals.Making sure no changes are performed without authorization, maintaining a high change success rate and understanding why unsuccessful changes failed.Documenting and improving the process where needed, offering support for other colleagues with change related questions.Compiling change reports and sending notifications of upcoming changes, as per the agreements with the stakeholdersWith these skills you are a great candidate: Change ManagementService ManagementNetwork Services and CloudDigital and Collaboration toolsVery good spoken and written skill in English.Must have technical / professional qualifications: Change Management (ITIL)Service Management (ITIL)Communication skills Change Management Processes knowledgeSounds like the perfect job?
