**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in iOS development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Media domain and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role is crucial for driving our technical projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a team of iOS developers to deliver high-quality applications.
+ Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
+ Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
+ Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment.

**Qualifications**
+ Possess a strong background in iOS development with at least 8 years of experience.
+ Have experience in the Media domain which is highly desirable.
+ Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Show proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
+ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
