Your Key Responsibilities

Help in collating, analyzing information on  financial reporting for internal and external disseemination

Circulate information on shareholding movements, stocp price movements of company and peers

Undertake structured mailing activity for updates to all investors and analysts

Track analyst recommendation on the company and other companies in the industry

Assist in preparation of annual integrated report

Assist in external reporting and related aspects

Dissemination of information via company's website and other platforms

Maintain updated list of  meeting requests for the management from both the buy-side and the sell-side

Assist in data and other related acitivites forming part of the sub-region India integration office

Help in scheduling meetings, follow-ups and administrative requriements for the integration office   

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

MBA preferred 

Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

Good communication skills
