As an Investment Specialist within our International Equities Group, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

Update, maintain, and improve client materials, including pitch books and review material.Respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, focusing initially on data-led queries.Complete updates to consultant databases, working closely with the dedicated team.Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires, focusing initially on data-led components.Attend portfolio management meetings and take notes for the Investment Specialist team, supporting the development of written skills and deepening knowledge for future client work.Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline, automate, and verify client data and reporting (standard, customized, ad hoc).Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environmental, competitive, and marketing information.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Atleast 4 years of experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in English.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint.Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required).Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a moderate to fast-paced environment; ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly and in real-time.
