About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a VP Lead Business Execution Consultant to provide broad support exclusively to the Fund Finance Group (FFG) business across special projects related to business operations, portfolio reporting, new product implementation/development, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical for FFG business to meet business-wide goals and execute against key strategic goals & priorities.
In this role, you will:
Partner with Banking Lending COO, FFG leadership, and other internal stakeholders to develop solutions to new and existing business challenges.
Lead efforts to strengthen the infrastructure related to the delivery of fund finance products.
Partner closely with business and platform leaders to care for regulatory requirements and risk related to business activities within fund finance.
Lead FFG senior-level partnership with Loan Servicing to establish consistency for clients across current portfolio and new transactions. Partner with FFG bankers as the senior escalation point for day-to-day issues that have potential for negative client impact.
Support Head of Underwriting across a variety of key ad-hoc projects.
Partner with FFG Business Manager across a multitude of projects/reporting which are critical to business continuity (e.g., pipeline reporting, finance & capital forecasting, and other similar projects).
Other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Fund Finance business and/or Investment Banking
Experience with Investment Banking RCSA
Experience with strategy, underwriting, financial, and/or analytics experience of commercial portfolios over 100mm
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Excellent communication skills and experience consulting with Senior Leadership
Self-starter with proven ability to exercise independent judgement
Demonstrated ability to juggle and execute high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlines
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations
Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce and market data vendors like Dealogic, Tableau, Bloomberg, Factset, etc
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
