Partnering with, and Providing operational and administrative support to the Wealth Manager

The Result 
 
•    Manage and streamline all administrative processes for the investment manager.
•    Client assistance with; onboarding and account opening, additions and repurchases, adhoc and regular payments from their investment portfolio, loading and processing of payments.
•    Manage ad hoc client queries, reporting and administrative matters.
•    Note and record client instructions, e.g. investment restrictions, income requirements etc.
•    Worked and engage with outside product providers and LISPs. 
•    Assist investment manager with client query management and resolution.
•    Assist in maintaining internal stakeholder relationships. 
•    Attend training seminars – internal and external to ensure that there is continuous professional development.
•    Fundamental understanding of asset allocation and the importance of it.
•    Understanding of tax planning, Situs Tax, CGT and Income tax knowledge preferable.
•    Product and competitor knowledge, proposal preparation

Experience, Skill and Capability 
•    Relevant tertiary qualification, and financial planning/investment planning qualification preferable 
•    3+ Years in experience in financial services industry  
•    Worked and engaged with outside product providers and LISPs
•    Strong communicator with impeccable time management skills  
•    Functions effectively under pressure
