Position Summary: The Investment Analyst will support our acquisition and investor relations teams and will provide exposure to the many facets of commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

Support the acquisition team by helping managinge deal due diligenceAssist in reviewing tax, insurance and title/survey materials for new acquisition opportunitiesAssist with monthly and quarterly investor reportingHelp process monthly and quarterly distributionsManage and compile investor and financial data for various reporting needsSupport new investment ventures and investor onboardingAid in the servicing of investor inquiries and provide quality service and an excellent customer experience to partners, banks, lenders, and other service providersAssist with the preparation of various investment materials to be used in both internal and outward client facing capacitiesPerform ad hoc support and reporting tasks as needed Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of the property management and real estate industriesProactively Skilled in problem-solveing with the ability to and manage time efficiently to meet deadlinesSkilled in Detail-oriented with exceptional analyticals and organization with attention to detail-al skillsSuccessful Skilled with PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Skilled in InDesign, Yardi, CRM platform, or other real estate-based software a plusAbility to adapt to change with a commitment to professional developmentSeeks and acquires new competencies, work methods, ideas, and information that will improve own efficiency and effectiveness on the jobAbility to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve job performance and foster innovation within the teamAbility to work independently or within a teamStrong attention to detail and aAbility to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, communications, or related fieldTwo years of relevant investment related experienceExperience in private equity, multifamily real estate, or like-minded industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is an onsite role requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices five days a week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions. Company Information
