As the Inventory Management and Control Leader at Philips, you will oversee all aspects of inventory control within the North American Integrated Warehouse and Distribution (IWD) network. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy, minimize costs, and ensure inventory levels align with demand to support the company’s broader supply chain and business goals. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
