As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials to support our production demands You will be the key link between our inventory and production teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will not only oversee material management but also contribute to operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements that align with our commitment to innovation.
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Performing tasks related to receiving, warehousing, and releasing materials into production.Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.Coordinating goods in deliveries in line with production demands.Ensuring quality assurance on goods received.Managing the cycle count schedule, issuing tasks to appropriate owners and collating count statistics. Also tracking the KPI data.Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.Overseeing out internal logistical activities to ensure materials are available in line with production demands.Identifying efficiency improvements and implementing change within our processes.Participating in planning and production meetings to align production requirements with material demand and availability.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have at least 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Officer (preferably in an electronic production environment).Possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.Be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unique situations with limited existing procedures.Have experience identifying and implementing process improvements.Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.Showcase exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams.Working with us
