Overview Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Location: Duldalk, Ireland Full time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role involves a combination of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You'll play a vital part in ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are efficiently handled, stored, and distributed. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders, repair orders, or invoices. Check incoming materials for damage, quality, and conformity. Maintain accurate records of received goods and handle rejected items. Process quarantined parts following established guidelines. Prepare and maintain shipping records. Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Qualifications Skills & Knowledge: Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in using computers and MS Office applications. Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) is an advantage. Basic math skills and the ability to follow established procedures. A customer-focused approach with professional interaction skills. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Practical experience or training in inventory, stockroom, shipping, or similar roles. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 pounds. Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and assigned shifts. Successful completion of security and background checks.
