What you will do…

The Inventory Coordinators are accountable for control of raw materials required for production, ensuring inventory accuracy within SAP and accurate production reporting in Mini MIINT and SAP.  This includes all raw material movements to & from supply/usage areas and validation of production to ensure accurate consumption.  Raw materials include ingredients, packaging and Work in Process, i.e., all components needed to produce/assemble Finished Product.

• Perform required inventory verification.  Will include weekend and holiday work.
• Monitor & validate (TECO) all Process Orders in accordance to Accounting's weekly & monthly requirements.
• Drive system health and accuracy for PSA inventory.
• Monitor & help reconcile critical stocks.
• Assist with root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to determine reasons for variances.
• Support Production Planning.  Supplemental source for Process Order generation and adjustments in the absence of any schedulers or for special situations.


Who will you work with…
• Work closely with the Finance, Warehousing & Production Teams to ensure material movement/usage is reported correctly & accurately.
• Work with operators to ensure all production confirmations are completed accurately.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, monitoring Process Order, Batch Numbering, MexVision & Mini-MIINT scheduling accuracy/completeness.  Report SAP inventory inaccuracies and work together to reconcile variances.
• Work closely with Master Data to ensure proper BOM & Material Master setups/maintenance - including cut-over & substitutions of raw material changes.
• Perform required inventory verification.  Will include weekend and holiday work.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$46,200-$66,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
