YOUR TASKS * Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management. * Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy. * Monitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback. * Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels. * Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards. * Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency. * Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel. * Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy. YOUR PROFILE * Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment. * APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred. * Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems. * Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems. * Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management. * Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders. * Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.
