Inventory Control Receiving Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Match receivers to DR line items in system.

 Receive in construction line items

Match all IC paperwork for retail.

 Data entry of all construction PO’s and receivers.

Back up Inventory control processing.

Run food batches in Inventory control when needed.

Scan invoices and other needed paperwork into DataMagine.

Indexing in both accounts payable and inventory control in DataMagine.

Help in AP processing invoices.

Work with purchasing to resolve any DR or PO issues.

Email different departments for verification purposes.

Work with the Retail department on any problems or variances.

Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

·         Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability

·         Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook required; 10 key and data entry experience preferred

·         Proactive in identifying problem and taking actions to resolve

·         Works well with a team

·         Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required.

·         Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, instructing, precision working, following instructions, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.

·         Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

·         Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

·         Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

·         While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, frequently standing, and occasionally walking, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift.

·         Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry 25lbs or less occasionally.

·         The team member will have occasional use of both feet, both hands, dominant light and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be occasionally required.

·         Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work performed consistently indoors alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others in confined areas around computer equipment, moving objects, and possible slippery surfaces.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Team Member may be exposed to odor and/or secondhand smoke.
