Why We Need Your Talents:

 

As an inventory clerk, you will track products or materials that come into and go out of the inventory via records. You'll be responsible for making sure things are stocked and stored in their appropriate places. If there are inventory issues, you may also be responsible for investigating inaccuracies.

 

Our clerks are responsible for auditing requisition forms for accuracy-in relation to food, beverage, and general supplies inventory. A candidate with an inquisitive mind, attention to detail, and good organizational skills will fare well in this position!

Where You'll Make an Impact:

 

Inputing daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.Verifying the accuracy of receipts, transfers, and requisitions.Assisting with monthly inventories.Maintaining the accuracy of items set up in the inventory system.Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assisting with the new vendor registration process.Ensure the safety and security of company information.

Skills to You'll Need to Succeed:

Ability to:Read and follow routine instructions.Operate basic office equipment.Perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.Strong math, analytical & counting skills.Basic PC knowledge with a focus on data entry.Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface with various departments.

Ability to:MultitaskMake independent decisions and recommendations.Think analytically Read and interpret spreadsheets. Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
