Description

Logistic company searching for an Inventory Controls operations clerk to work in a cold storage Distribution Center. The successful candidate will support a schedule that includes Weekends and Swing Shifts to support as needed the daily operation. This position will also support other Departments and Areas as needed.

This is a 1st shift position located in Wilmington.  Hours may change and may include working weekends.

Responsibilities include:

Ensures accuracy of inventory paperwork is within standard Ensure productivity of assigned inventory control tasks are within standard

One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Inventory Control experience highly desired.  Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet software, MS Word Processing software, and MS Outlook.

Available to work all flex schedules as needed should volume dictate. Strong background maintaining quality of work Strong background maintaining productivity Strong background with inventory management including Slotting Strong background RF, WMS, and general systems Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time

Preferred skills

Deep knowledge base in SCALE (WMS system) Operation of MHE and RF equipment Understand the volume that needs to be processed Assisting in the completion of End of shift paperwork Ability to count inventory and adjust as needed
