-Position:Second (2nd) Inventory Clerk

\n

-Shift: 3:00pm –; 11:30pm, Monday-Friday

\n

-Overtime Required based on business needs

\n

-Pay:$19.50per hour.plus $1.00 shift differential

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the following:Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Line Operator, Order Picker, Quality Control,Material Handler, Fulfillment, Inbound, Outbound, Loader/Unloader, Shipping, Receiving, Packing.

\n

Aminimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:

\n\nOrder Fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer - to include cross-trained skills across multiple departments - inbound, outbound, auto store, shipping, receiving.\nPreparing product for safe shipment and verifying accuracy via computer, shipping label and packing list.\nUsing computer daily to pull orders, create shipping labels. General Computer skills are required.\nExperience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is highly desired. Examples of WMS systems areRed Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP.\nAble to stand for extended periods of time. The position will require standing for up to 90% of the shift.\nMust be able to safely lift and carry 50-75 pounds throughout the shift.\n\n

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain inventory records.Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or EquivalentSix months warehousing and inventory experience, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
