Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Job Description

Coordinate and supervise the receiving and inventory control of all components, supplies, and materials within inventory locations. Manage the distribution and logistics of all components, supplies, and materials to required job kits, locations, and personnel.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the receiving and inventory control of components, supplies, and materials.Manage distribution and logistics of components, supplies, and materials to required job kits, locations, and personnel.Operate a computer MRP system, verify all information, and input the correct data as required.Learn and apply MSDS instructions, assist the Safety Committee, and follow detailed guidelines on material handling and paperwork processes.Cross-train in other departments as required by management.Interface with professional disciplines such as Accounting, Sales, and Engineering.Commit to the mission and combine team energy and expertise to achieve common objectives.Understand and apply effective teamwork dynamics to attain higher performance levels.Accept responsibility and accountability for tasks.Engage in cross-departmental teams within the organization.Balance organizational needs with customer needs.Employ goal-directed thinking and action in non-routine situations.Scrutinize and analyze facts and thoughts to identify strengths and weaknesses.Practice effective two-way communication, including speaking clearly, listening attentively, and responding appropriately.Seek personal learning and development opportunities, and modify behavior based on feedback.Anticipate changes in work demands, participate in relevant training, and treat unexpected circumstances as learning opportunities.Work independently and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating a computer MRP system.Knowledge of inventory control, forklift operation, and material handling.Experience in high-tech/semiconductor environments.Ability to perform cycle counts and manage warehouse inventory.Attention to detail.Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.Effective communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum High School degree or equivalent.Ability to follow detailed guidelines and processes.Capability to cross-train in other departments.Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability.Ability to balance organizational and customer needs.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Interest in personal learning and development.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with positive pressure HEPA filtered air. Adhere to gowning procedures and company appearance standards. The environment is ISO certified and may involve some noise and plastic chips. Safety glasses and hearing protection are recommended in certain areas. Compliance with company safety practices and procedures is mandatory. Ability to stand at the workstation for the designated shift and lift and carry up to 35 lbs.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
