Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality lighting solutions, is looking for a Warehouse Associate – Inventory to join their team in Carson, CA. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting daily warehouse operations, and assisting with inventory control strategies to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure sufficient stockConduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepanciesCoordinate incoming shipments with suppliers and vendorsSupport the development and implementation of inventory management systemsGenerate and analyze inventory reports to track performance and identify improvementsOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse or shipping experience preferred (not required)Forklift certification is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentBasic computer skills; experience with Excel or inventory software is a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsDependable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM; occasional Saturdays based on workload
