Job Title: Inventory Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing daily cycle counts, verifying paperwork, unloading products, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.

ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cycle counts when necessary.Verify paperwork with the total number of totes from DC and identify and separate controlled substances.Unload products from the truck.Verify NDC and quantity of each item and reconcile it against PO.File and maintain all DC receipts and paperwork.Use a handheld scanner application to scan, receive, and reconcile incoming products, manually keying in received quantities.Assist with the annual physical inventory.Apply mathematical reasoning: count, multiply, and calculate pack size.Log and report total put-away lines per hour daily, including total items received. Monitor daily performance.Report errors from DC, such as mis-picks, shortages, overages, and damage.Perform weekly or monthly sweeps for short-dated and expired products.Rotate products on shelves following the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).Comply with all appropriate policies, including DSCSA.Assist with reverse logistics credit returns program – maintaining records, preparing, and scheduling shipments.Essential SkillsOrder pickingRF scannerWarehouse packingInventory controlPick, Packaging, Picking, Packing, LabellingShipping and receivingOrder pullingLoadingDistribution center operationsCycle countsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious pharmacy experience is a plusAbility to select and lift objects from shelves and carry them to the order filling lineAbility to consistently carry 20 – 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyorMust be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shiftBasic math, reading, and writing skills requiredExcellent attention to detailQuality focusedAbility to stay on taskWork well as part of a teamWhy Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr.
