**Job Title: Inventory Associate** **Job Description** The candidate will work in the receiving area, handling raw materials as they come in and may also be involved in shipping. They will manage the tracking system for incoming product and raw aluminum materials, storage, and transfer to various departments, and enter all products into Excel for tracking purposes. Effective communication with all levels of management regarding raw materials inventory, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack for unloading trucks and delivering materials from the warehouse area to the plant floor are essential. **Hard Skills** + Warehouse/distribution + Manufacturing + Loading/unloading trucks + Forklift operation + Excel data entry **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Effective communication + Materials management **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia. **Work Environment** Very clean; very well-lit environment. Process starts in drill press for raw materials of flat aluminum, moves to welding, then grinding, the paint line, and then through their QC process and final assembly. There is a sewing area in the back where all of the cushions are handmade.
