Job Description

The inventory assistant is responsible for managing equipment and furniture coming in and out of the business, as well as keeping accurate records of items stored in the warehouse and office.

Responsibilities

 

Assists in maintaining and updating the detailed control/inventory count of all items pertaining to each assigned location, novela and/or setResponsible for ensuring the proper packaging of items for transportation and/or storageEnsures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios’ infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and proceduresFollows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environmentPerform physical counts of productsReceive and store products in an orderly mannerRecord the quantity, type and value of equipment and furniture.Audit inventoriesReport the obsolete equipment and furniture.

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience making inventories in warehouse.Basic knowledge in the TV production and engineering equipment.Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions

 

Eligibility Requirements:

Willingness to travel with short notice and on weekendsWillingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes in a 24/7 production work environmentMust be willing to work in different locations (Reforma, Rebsamen and Warehouse)Must be 18 years or older

English level: BasicAccustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organizationProven solid writing skills and editorial judgmentExhibits excellent knowledge of Spanish grammar

Proven excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of how to visually tell a compelling story desired
