Job Function:
Oversee all aspects of equipment management and RMA process from send-out to receipt. Perform order fulfillment per requests from field installers and/or CS team.
Responsibilities:
Performs repetitive assembly-type functions prepping for product shipment to include but not limited to stickering, kitting paperwork and assembling boxes. Process orders: release in system, print, assign units to clients in system, generate ship label.Assure quality control on all shipments.Clean, test and repair returned equipment.Qualifications:
