We are seeking an Inventory Analyst - Hybrid (home/office) to perform a wide range of inventory management and analyses in support of clinic operations. We are looking for someone that can roll up their sleeves to process data but can also provide valuable insight through analytics and process improvement. This role will have visibility and influence to a major function of the enterprise and will communicate constantly with team members across the country.

 

The Inventory Analyst will report to the Manager, Inventory Operations. Success in this role will depend on the timeliness and accuracy of data processing, the effectiveness of analytics, the ability to remain calm and support others under deadlines, the willingness to work in a team environment, and the appetite for process improvements.

 

This is a non-exempt (hourly) hybrid opportunity based out of our Corporate HQ office in Austin's Domain. 

Your Impact

Responsbilities for the Inventory Analyst include: 

Ensures adequate item cost valuation by processing transactional data.Data entry of supplier invoice line-item details to ensure accurate inventory costing.Identify, communicate, and work through exceptions to standard processing.Research items through large data sets and creative techniques to identify resolution.Review data and research of other team members to ensure consistent treatment.Prepare weekly and monthly analysis of certain key inventory performance indexes and other analysis.Manage aspects of the quarterly and yearly physical inventory process.Work with team members and managers to ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively.Work with and support clinic teams in a consultative manner.Solve problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Partner cross-functionally to optimize upstream process flow and downstream impacts of inventory purchasing data.Assists in developing and documenting business processes.Supports system testing for replacement, upgrades, and enhancements of related systems.Collaborates with internal and external teams in own area of expertise.Perform other related job duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Formal Requirements: 

 

Bachelor's degree -OR- 2 years of relevant experience. Experience using Excel (intermediate).  Additional Success Factors
