SAFETY REQUIREMENTSBe aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAssociates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree PreferredMEMBER OF FOLLOWING TEAMSFood DefenseCrisis ManagementL10 ProductionJOB RESPONSIBILITIESInventory leadership role with oversite of the inventory practices across three internal facilities, two CoMan sites, and two 3PLs.Monitor and analyze inventory levels and customer purchase trends to ensure that goals and KPI’s are met, and inventory is available.Building and maintain policy around cycle counting and inventory controls to minimize losses and reduce costs.Accurately record and document inventory data with reasons regarding discrepancies and create action plans to identify and solve these issues to minimize inventory inaccuracies in the future.Perform mock traceability exercises and participate in mock recalls on a quarterly basis and as needed for auditors.Facilitate Cycle count process for all Revela locations. This will include implementation and managing the cycle counting process.Monitor/report inventory health, identify at risk ingredients and areas to be proactive and minimize disruptions.Inventory reserve analysis.Perform incentive and cost analysis to determine areas of cost savings for the company.Maintain the hold log and monitor items on hold to ensure destruction and removal of items in the inventory system.Coordinate inventory spot checks and adjustments. Verify accuracy before adjusting and documenting reasons for adjustments.Research inventory variances to ensure accurate inventory is being accounted for and document necessary changes.Collaborate with procurement and purchasing to etermine appropriate inventory and replenishment levels.Review, facilitate, and make recommendations to interdepartmental programs such as inventory reserves, expired ingredients, an BOM maintenance.Lead the inventory reconciliation process with our 3PL and CoMan network.Ensure month-end and year-end accuracy.Complete the year-end inventory audit.Prepare and submit reports to management.Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
