Known for innovation, diversification, and excellent financial performance. **Role Summary** The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across various channels. This role involves analyzing inventory data and identifying trends, This position ensures physical inventory counts are completed and recorded. The Inventory Analyst works closely with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory management processes and shipments. Experience in plastic molding facilities is a plus. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Must be able to work closely with Production to develop and improve current cycle count methods + Track and manage daily cycle counts, inventory levels, ensuring that products are available where the system shows inventory available. + Must be able to identify and implement root cause of inventory inaccuracies and help implement corrective actions opportunities in a timely manner. + Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports on stock levels, and potential shortages. + Prepare and present reports to management on inventory performance, trends, and potential risks, offering actionable insights for decision-making. + Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the inventory management process and work on implementing solutions to improve processes. + Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock levels, process orders, and analyze data. Knowledge in BPCs or JE Edwards is a plus. + Complete any other duties as assigned **Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required + 4+ years manufacturing experience required + Computer proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office required + Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills + Must have the ability to work in a team or individually + Must be self-motivated and willing to grow and develop skills for advancement + Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends + Strong communication skills and data accuracy + Understanding basic math + Time Management and Communication Skills are a must + Must be dependable, have good attendance, be punctual, and have a positive attitude + Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within an established time frame. **Human Relations:** Primary contact for this position will be Materials, Operations and Production departments. This position receives written and oral instructions from the Buyer. This position works under the general direction of the Buyer within established guidelines. The Cycle Counter may at times be exposed to extremes in temperature and noise. The Cycle Counter must observe safety and security precautions and become familiar with procedures to take in case of problems **Compensation Information:** $25.00-$28.00
