Description We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. Based in Dallas, Texas, your role will involve effectively using a range of software tools and systems, such as Epic Software and IBM AS/400, to manage and optimize our inventory processes. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Use Epic Software and other ERP solutions to manage and analyze inventory • Ensure effective communication with other departments about inventory levels and status • Regularly audit inventory data to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments • Utilize IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine for data management and analysis • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or inquiries related to inventory • Implement and manage collection processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Stay current with 'About Time' software for efficient inventory management.
