Content Request Management:
Manage the intake process for all mobility content requests, including new content creation and updates to existing content
Leverage intake mechanism to track and prioritize content requests
Ensure all content requests are processed and actioned in a timely manner
Communicate with requestors to clarify requirements and provide updates on request status
Workflow Coordination:
Coordinate with content creators, editors, and other team members to facilitate the content creation and revision process
Track the progress of content through various stages of development, editing, submission, approval, and publication
Update content management tracker as requests progress through each stage for the workflow from initial request through publication.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the content workflow to improve efficiency
Content Submission and Publication:
Submit content requests to appropriate platforms and partner teams for publication
Liaise with various internal teams to ensure content is published correctly and on schedule
Perform quality checks to verify that published content meets specified requirements
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of all content requests, their status, and related communications
Generate regular reports on content request volumes, processing times, and other relevant metrics
Assist in the development and improvement of content management processes and procedures
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
