Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You engage in M&A (Merger & Acquisitions) activities including Due Diligence, Risk Evaluation, Transaction & Integration Planning, Execution, and ReportingYou support our project leads, PMO, test as well as communication managers running strategic Treasury projects from planning to executionYou collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams like Legal, Shareholder Controlling, Tax, M&A and Business teamsYou generate innovative ideas for digitalization and process optimization in Treasury, and actively contribute to its implementation to drive financial success and operational efficiency

Your qualifications and experience:

You study in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a economic field, ideally Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business, Economics, Business Management or a related fieldYou are proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power PointPrevious internship experience in Finance, Treasury, or Consulting is a plus


Your attributes and skills:

You have very good skills in English and German (written and spoken)You are motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentyou are excellent in communication and teamwork abilitiesYou have a structured way of workingYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDoes your study regulations include an internship with a minimum duration of 12 weeks and you would like to gain practical experience?
