Job Responsibilities :supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate outreach, interview coordination, and stakeholder managementContact candidates via phone, email, and text to schedule interviews and follow up on their application status.
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Arrange and confirm interview times with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure all interview logistics (e.g., meeting links, room bookings) are organized and communicated effectively.
Assist with maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Prepare recruitment-related documents, such as interview schedules and candidate profiles.
Job Requirement
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A Diploma/Degree in any related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
