Quality Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality following a project based on compliance: Implementation of product related changes to ensure permanent product compliance and implementation of an Integrated Management System according to ISO standards. Your main task will be the implementation of product related changes to ensure permanent product compliance due to new or changing product standards (IEC, UL etc…), new evolving or changing regulations (LVD, WEEE, Conflict Minerals etc…), additional or changing market requirements (Environmental declarations etc...) and implementation of the IMS – Integrated Management System – that is the framework of policies, processes and procedures used by an organization to ensure that it can fulfill all the tasks required to achieve its objectives in terms of Quality, Environmental and Safety performance. The management system should be able to improve its own performance by means of continuous improvement.The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite and You will be mainly accountable for:• promoting and supporting the deployment of the local Quality strategy to accelerate the rate of operational Department.• establishing and implementing Quality priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions within the local operation.• conducting benchmarking and best practice spreading within the operations to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.• ensuring conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.

Qualifications for the role

Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office Package You are captivated by Problem solving, result orientation and teamwork complete the profile. Degree in Engineering or Scientific Area within the area of Quality. You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
