What You’ll Do
As a Project Management Intern, you will:
Support the team’s ongoing projects through communication, coordination, and operational execution.
Shadow project managers and assist with delivery assets, methodologies, and document branding to ensure high-quality output.
Develop a strong understanding of the software lifecycle and the project setup for the CX Services portfolio.
Help the team deliver their best by enhancing presentation skills and maintaining impeccable documentation standards.
Gradually take on customer-facing responsibilities while supporting communication and collaboration within the team.
Your contributions will play a key role in the success of our projects and in delivering exceptional value to our customers.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
University degree in Management, Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on presentations.
Passion for design and User Experience (UX) best practices.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take accountability for project success.
A collaborative mindset and adaptability to diverse team environments.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience with cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
Foreign Languages
Fluent in Romanian.
English at business level.
Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
