Some duties and responsibilities include: + Office application support + Overall maintenance of computer equipment + Video conferencing support + Technical support for internal and external customers + Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. + Troubleshoot and gather all information necessary and escalate to the next level if need be. **Qualifications** + Seeking a bachelor’s degree is preferred + The ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred + Specific roles may require relocation + Ability to work in office.
