Your role and responsibilities

Industrial systems comprise automation systems, networks and devices, software tools and platforms, and control solutions. •\tIn close collaboration with our research team, you will engage in developing, implementing and evaluating the cutting-edge deterministic networking solutions e.g. •\tTSN to run the industrial networks and manage them automatically including plug and play device configuration, industrial network’s KPI satisfaction, etc. •\tMore specifically, you will develop and implement new deterministic networking solutions that are automatically configurable and manageable in industrial fields by having e.g., centralized network management models, or interactive machine learning solutions. •\tIn addition, you will work on solutions to re(configure) the deterministic networks to satisfy the networking KPIs.

Qualifications for the role

We expect you to bring creativity, initiative, and result orientation to support driving our innovations toward new products and services.You have a study background in communication systems, computer science, software or similar knowledge from IT.You bring experience with developing networking solutions, embedded programming (C, C++, Python), particularly industrial network development. Being familiar with Industrial networks and their protocols is desired. Having good knowledge on Software Define Networks (SDN), centralized network management models and OPC UA stack is a big advantage. Basic knowledge on Containerization, Linux and IoT can be an advantage.You are highly motivated, team-minded, and able to work independently.Fluent English in verbal and written form is required.
