About Private Capital Markets

We deliver customized financing solutions across the entire capital structure for institutional clients in the United States and Europe. Internship Location, Availability and Hours:
Located in our downtown Chicago office, interns must be flexible to work full time during the summer, significant hours are required. 

As an Investment Banking Analyst Intern, you will:

Support the Debt Advisory team by providing analytical support on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for our clientsConduct research, assist with company valuations and financial models, assist in the preparation of client presentations, and gain exposure to live transaction activityLearn analytical skills through broad exposure to both junior and senior bankers, that will prepare you for a full-time career in Investment Banking

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program required with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027A full-time minimum 10-week commitment during the summer is requiredProven interest in investment banking or other areas within the financial services industry is beneficialPossess a strong work ethic and a record for excellenceAbility to function both within teams and self-directed tasksSuperior intellect, demonstrated leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
