Head of Product Marketing and Sales Development

Your role and responsibilities

As trainee, you will be included within the Global Product Marketing function to support the activities within Home Solutions. In our team we inspire to create solutions to simplify, make people's lives more comfortable and safer and allow them to dedicate themselves to things of greater value for them.The position is included in the Division Smart Buildings, part of the Electrification Business Area and located in Vittuone (Milano).You will be main accountable for: • Realizing market and application analysis.• Translating technical details into benefits for the user.• Following and analyzing market trends to position products.• Supporting the development of product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).• Working with various teams (global product management, communication, local sales teams) to support product launch campaigns.

Qualifications for the role

You are captivated by Interpersonal skills: Leadership through influence, problem solving, team-working, communication, result orientation. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Business Engineering; Economics, Marketing and Management. You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Another European language is a plus.
